If you have question banks that you need converted into Top Hat questions and uploaded into your course, we have got you covered! The Top Hat Concierge Service will take your pre-existing questions, convert them into Top Hat questions, and arrange them in your course based on your specifications. Note, there is no charge for this service nor is there a limit on the number of questions that can be converted.
In order for our team to be able to convert your questions into Top Hat questions, they must be in a copy-pasteable format in the file you send to us (e.g. docx, pdf, pptx). You will share the file via a link to a shared folder. See below for instructions on...
When submitting a concierge request, you must also specify how you would like each question graded (i.e. grade weights for participation and correctness).
Multiple choice questions cannot have more than 10 answer options. For an overview of the parameters for all Top Hat question types see Educator: Top Hat Questions.
Finally, note that it takes approximately 2 weeks for concierge service requests to be completed.
